BookFein UX/UI Design and Website
BookFein is a fictitious book review website I created for my Design for the Internet class. I began the project with a competitor analysis of Letterboxd, identifying how social interaction and content discovery could be adapted to a literary context. From there, I developed low-fidelity wireframes to plan the site’s structure and flow, followed by a moodboard to establish BookFein’s visual tone and personality. Once the style direction was solidified, I designed high-fidelity mockups and a fully interactive prototype in Figma, simulating real user interactions. Finally, I built the entire website in Webflow, utilizing its CMS system to dynamically auto-populate 12 unique book review pages. The result is a sleek, responsive platform that celebrates readers’ passion for books with personality and visual clarity. Check out the website, Figma file, and prototype below!
